Chapter on TRIM project methodology in Handbook of Research Methods on Trust

In a volume on current methods for researching trust Edward Elgar Publishers, Robert Münscher and Torsten Kühlmann present the application of Critical Incident Technique to investigating trust development. The method is particulary suited to identify the critical factors of trust development in different social and cultural contexts.

German Foreign Minister Dr. Guido Westerwelle awards R. Münscher the Fürther Ludwig-Erhard-Prize 2010

At a ceremony on July 13th, 2010, in Fürth in presence of 700 invited guests from politics, economy and science, the prize was awarded to Münscher by the German Vice Chancellor and Foreign Minister, Dr. Guido Westerwelle, who also made the ceremonial address.The prize is yearly awarded to a PhD thesis from economics or business administration which is innovative and practically oriented and which contributes to the solution of some current challenge of our society.
