How we approach intercultural management training

Our training and coaching interventions support executive managers from different companies and institutions in dealing with the challenges of cultural difference of business partners, line manager, colleages or team members.

A basic requirement for intercultural team-building


Developing intercultural skills of team members systematically is a basic requirement of successful team-building or change processes in international companies. 

We help you to analyse and to understand cultural and intercultural factors in typical management situations – and we support you in developing measures and strategies for identifying intercultural conflicts early, resolve them, or avoid them in the first place.

The impact of our training and coaching interventions is not limited to the collaboration with people from other national cultures. Many of the concepts and tools from intercultural management prove to be of much value for everyday management life: for better analysing and organising the collaboration with your colleagues and partners.
